The dual-branded hotel will be located within the 100-plus-acre mixed-use CityNorth Master Plan, which is also slated to include more than 2 million square feet of office space, approximately 3,400 multifamily units, retail and dining, according to LaPour.
The hotel’s location, brand and design will “meet the current and future demands of the rapidly growing Loop 101 business corridor,” President Jeff LaPour said in a statement.
“The area is experiencing unprecedented growth with multiple new corporate expansions as well as Mayo Clinic and ASU Biomedical campus,” he added.
Amenities at the property will include a pool, the AC Lounge, an Element Rise breakfast space, outdoor fireplaces, an outdoor barbecue area, marketplaces with grab-and-go options as well as
electric vehicle chargers

Local hospitality pros told Hotel Dive in July that relocating companies and major infrastructure projects, like the TSMC plant, are
driving an influx of people
to the Phoenix metro area.
In April, Holualoa
teamed with Jackson-Shaw
on a 274-key dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott and Element by Westin in Phoenix’s Norterra neighborhood. That property is slated to open later this year.
The Holualoa-LaPour project, meanwhile, will break ground this summer, with an anticipated completion of January 2027, according to LaPour.
